Megan Becker | Director of Member Services
Megan, a New Jersey based artist, graduated from University of the Arts in Philadelphia, receiving her BFA in illustration. Megan takes inspiration from nature and can often be found on local trails with her traveling watercolor set. She works in a variety of mediums - particularly oils, watercolors, and graphite. Megan’s work has been featured in galleries and small businesses throughout New Jersey, often displayed in hand-restored, vintage frames. Megan enjoys working in the company of her animals and loves getting lost in the details.
Anna Hoxha | Director of Education
Anna Hoxha graduated from William Paterson University with a MA in Teaching and a BA in Art. As a freelance mixed media artist, she enjoys hands-on art investigation and tinkering with different materials. Her enthusiastic teaching approach fosters her students’ exploration of artistic expression, creative thinking, and technical confidence. Anna loves teaching at One River because it allows students to elevate their art in a judgment-free creative learning environment.
Hannah Weissman | Assistant Director of Member Services
Hannah is a graduate of Keene State College with a Bachelors Degree in Studio Art. Her passion lies with abstract landscape painting and figure drawing. Her freeform creative process encourages students to discover who they are as artists while enjoying the process of creating.

Sophia Seriale | Instructor
Sophia is a recent graduate of Marist University where she majored in Media Studies as well as Fine Arts. She has worked with many different mediums and focuses mostly on oil painting.
Desiree Feliciano | Instructor
Desiree Feliciano is an artist, illustrator, and comic artist practicing in New Jersey. Her work focuses on creating experimental slice of life moments. She is passionate about wanting to spread the joy of art to others and show how life affirming art can be.
Krystian Lanza | Instructor
Krystian graduated from Montserrat College of Art with a BFA in Interdisciplinary Arts and a minor in Art Education. She is currently a graduate student in the MAT program at Montclair State University pursuing teaching certification. Finding inspiration from nature, her work explores the beauty of the natural world through a wide variety of media, including painting, printmaking, paper-making, and ceramics. From her experience working with children in summer camp and classroom settings, she loves seeing students explore new creative outlets and develop a passion for art.
Sarah Lorito | Instructor
Sarah Lorito is a New York-based artist with an MFA from the New York Academy of Art. Working primarily in painting and sculpture, she explores themes of societal structures, autonomy, and the human condition. Drawing inspiration from film and contemporary theater, her work challenges norms with a blend of satire and psychological depth. Sarah has studied under renowned artists and shares glimpses of her creative process through social media, inviting viewers to engage with her thought-provoking narratives.
Maria Del Mar Lopez | Instructor
Maria Del Mar Lopez is a FIT graduate with a BFA in Illustration and Art History minor. Her work focuses on children’s book illustrations, graphic novels, and paper goods. She prefers to use oils, photoshop, and watercolor for her pieces. Her goal is to help others find their creative voice and make more meaningful connections.
Tori Mather | Instructor
Tori is an NJ and NYC-based artist who graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Comics. Her work revolves heavily around detailed storytelling, complex characters, and sci-fi settings. Visually, her comics feature striking color palettes and stylized characters, and her favorite part of the process is creating dynamic and interesting poses. She specializes in digital art, but also loves using watercolor and ink for traditional work.
Aubree Schnaars | Instructor
Aubree is a recent graduate from Marist University with a degree in Fine Arts and Psychology. She is now pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Art Therapy from Caldwell University, with aspirations of becoming a practicing art therapist. In her daily art practice, Aubree enjoys using a variety of mediums such as oil paint, watercolor, colored pencils, charcoal, and fiber arts. She loves creating works of still lifes, nature, her pets, and portraits of her loved ones. Her goal is to spread the joy of learning and creativity through art with students at One River!
Liz Arturi | Instructor
Liz Arturi is a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelors Degree in Studio Art and Minor in Art History. She grew up doing art, and as a former One River student, is so happy to be back to share her experience and knowledge in art! Teaching has become a natural extension of her passion, allowing her to inspire young artists to explore their own creativity and growth.
Arianna Colon | Instructor
Arianna is a graduate from Montclair State University with a BFA in Illustration. She primarily works digitally, but enjoys experimenting with mixed media. Her passion for art began in childhood and has grown into a dedicated practice centered around storytelling, character design, and creating fun pieces for products and licensing purposes
Dianna Conrad | Instructor
Dianna is an all around artistic individual. With a license in Cosmetology, experience in prop making and costuming, and degree in Fine and Performing Arts. She enjoys spending time crafting and designing hairstyles. Also, has a passion for helping others and making students and people feel like their best selves.
Angela Camenisch | Instructor
Angela graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in art education. She works with a variety of media but her favorite is acrylic painting. She creates colorful figurative works that critique issues dealing with body image, beauty standards, and other issues prevalent to her life with a surrealist twist. Her goal when teaching is to share her passion for making to her students and inspire them to create pieces that they care about.
Diane Parker | Instructor
Diane graduated from SUNY at Oneonta with a BA in Communications and Television Production with a concentration in Fine Arts. She spent 12 years working for CNN in New York City as a stage manager and camera operator. Afterwards, she founded her own children’s/parent, creative and educational program in Florida to help enrich the social, creative and educational development for her own daughter as well as many others. She brings that same personal mission to her classes at One River. Her passion is bringing out the creative spirit in each and every student so they reach their highest potential in a judgement free atmosphere. She enjoys mixing unexpected materials into her art while still keeping her first love of pencil and ink close at heart. Diane can always be found working on a DIY project or some wild, new ideas with her incredibly artistic 11 year old daughter (who also enrolls in One River courses).
