School Policies
Auto-Renewal
Your class subscription auto-renews monthly on the anniversary of your start date.
Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription requires 30-day advance notice by providing notice via our Cancellation Form.
Freezes
You may freeze your class subscription for a maximum period of 6 months by providing notice via our Freeze Form. To reserve your seat, you must select your restart date and pay for your returning month’s class. Students who do not return within 6 months will lose their freeze pre-payment.
Makeup Classes
Students can make up one missed class every 30 days. Makeups must be completed within 30 days of the missed class and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
Withdrawal
Members who wish to withdraw from a camp must notify One River School staff at least 14 days prior to the start date to receive full credit. Credits can be used for enrollment in programs at One River School and expire one year from the date of issue. Monetary refunds will not be issued to members who wish to withdraw from a class or camp.
Holidays & Inclement Weather
One River School will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. One River School will inform students and members of closures due to inclement weather via e-mail.
Photography & Video
One River School staff takes photographs and videos for use on internal and external marketing platforms. By participating in One River School programs, you are authorizing One River School to utilize your or your child(ren)’s likeness. If you do not wish for your or your child(ren)’s likeness to be used in internal and external marketing platforms you must notify us in writing.
Drop Off & Pick Up
We ask that you drop off and pick up your child within 15 minutes of their scheduled class or camp start and end time.
Required Use of Masks
Students will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), specifically, a face covering, throughout the entirety of their camp or class time.
COVID-19 Safety
Please do not send your child or enter our building if you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms. If your child is exhibiting any symptoms during our in-studio camps or classes you will be required to make immediate arrangements to pick up your child from camp or class. While we take every precaution to keep your child safe from COVID-19, we cannot promise or guarantee that the coronavirus or any other pathogen will not enter camp.
Outdoor Activities
Students will occasionally participate in outdoor activities. All outdoor activities will be supervised by One River School staff. If you do not wish for your child to participate in outdoors you must notify us in writing.
General Safety & Behavior
Please inform One River of any allergies, physical or dietary limitations, and/or concerns that may relate to you or your child(ren). It is the responsibility of the member or the child’s parent/guardian to inform One River of any allergies (e.g. peanuts) that would be of concern. One River is not held responsible for any bodily injuries or damages sustained as a result of participating in any class or camp. One River reserves the right to dismiss any student for inappropriate behavior.
